1. Consultation Services:

a. MyConsult UK offers career-consulting services, including but not limited to resume building, interview preparation, and job search assistance, tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

b. The consulting services are provided based on the information provided by the client, and MyConsult UK is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

 

c. While MyConsult UK is not a recruitment agency, it may be able to put clients in contact with candidates placed in companies for potential referrals.

2. Payment:

a. Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected career consulting services as outlined in the invoice provided by MyConsult UK.

 

b. Payments are due within the specified timeframe mentioned in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

 

3. Confidentiality:

a. MyConsult UK maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any details without explicit consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

b. Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of availed services.

 

c. Clients acknowledge that the effectiveness of consulting services may depend on the accuracy and completeness of information provided during sessions.

 

4. Client Responsibilities:

a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information required for career consulting services.

 

b. Clients acknowledge that MyConsult UK's overall interview rate is over 90%. The success of the program relies on the Client's active participation, utilization of consultations, and proactive engagement in applying for suitable job opportunities.

 

c. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in sessions and provide feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the consulting services.

 

d. Clients are encouraged to make use of the consultations and actively apply for the roles listed on the job list provided by MyConsult UK.

5. Limitation of Liability:

a. MyConsult UK is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

b. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful advice, MyConsult UK does not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or career advancements for clients.

6. Termination of Services:

a. MyConsult UK reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or unethical.

 

b. Clients may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party at least 24 hours before the initial service, excluding the free 15-min consultation.

 

c. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees remain payable, and no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

 

7. Changes to Terms: MyConsult UK reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.

a. Delivery timeframes of consultation and digital materials or documents may vary based on the nature of the client's situation. Clients will be provided with an estimated period upon consultation.

3. Changes to Shipping Policy: MyConsult UK reserves the right to update this shipping policy periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

Return Policy

While the nature of our services is primarily consultative and digital, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be considered. Please read the following terms carefully regarding the return of our career consulting services.

1. Eligibility for returns:

a. Once a digital material has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.

b. Certain digital products, such as soft copies of CVs and cover letters, are marked as non-refundable.

c. The same certain digital products, however, can be returned for revision upon client request within agreed terms.

2. Return Requests:

a. Clients may request a return or revision for digital materials by contacting MyConsult UK in writing at hello@myconsultuk.com.

b. Return requests must include the client's name, contact information, and details of the digital materials for which a return is being requested.

3. Timely Notification: Clients are encouraged to submit return requests as early as possible to allow for efficient processing.


4. Evaluation: MyConsult UK reserves the right to deny a return or revision if the service has been substantially delivered or if the client has not followed provided instructions.

5. Processing Time:

a. Once a return or a revision request is received, MyConsult UK will aim to process the request within 7 days.

b. Delivery timeframes for revisions may vary based on the nature of the client's situation. Clients will be provided with an agreed upon estimated period.

6. Changes to Return Policy: MyConsult UK reserves the right to update this digital materials return policy periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

Cancellation Policy

b. Cancellation requests must include the client's name, contact information, and details of the services to be cancelled.

2. Timely Notification:

a. Clients are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to allow for efficient processing.

b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a full refund, and the decision will be at the discretion of MyConsult UK.

3. Refund Eligibility:

a. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

b. Please refer to the Refund Policy for eligibility criteria and the refund request process.

4. Partial Services:

a. If a client decides to cancel a specific service within a bundled package, the refund will be based on the individual service's pricing as outlined in our pricing structure.

b. Any issued invoice paid before cancellation of bundled services is non-refundable.

5. Consultation Fees: If a client cancels services after the initial paid consultation, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

6. Non-Transferability:

a. Services purchased are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to another individual.

b. Clients cannot transfer the consulting services to another person or receive a refund for services on behalf of another individual.

7. Changes to Cancellation Policy: MyConsult UK reserves the right to update this cancellation policy periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MyConsult UK for your career development needs. We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

a. Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of the initial payment for the specific career consulting service.

b. To be eligible for a refund, clients must demonstrate that they have followed all instructions and guidance provided by MyConsult UK during the consulting process.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services:

a. Certain services, such as initial consultation fees or assessment fees, are non-refundable.

 

b. Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been completed or partially completed.

c. Any issued invoice paid before cancellation of services after the commencement of the consulting process is non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process:

a. Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to hello@myconsultuk.com within the specified 30-day period.

 

b. The request must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for seeking a refund and any relevant supporting documentation.

4. Evaluation and Decision:

a. Refund requests will be carefully evaluated by MyConsult UK to determine eligibility based on the client's adherence to provided guidance and the nature of the services.

b. MyConsult UK reserves the right to deny a refund if it is determined that the client did not comply with the provided instructions or if the service has been substantially delivered.

5. Processing Time:

a. Once a refund request is received, MyConsult UK will process the request within 14 business days for approval.

b. Once the request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to be processed after approval.

c. Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless stated and agreed upon otherwise.

d. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Dispute Resolution:

a. If a client is dissatisfied with the decision regarding their refund request, they may contact hello@myconsultuk.com to initiate a dispute resolution process.

b. MyConsult UK will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.
