Can you guarantee the candidate a job?

Unfortunately, we legally cannot guarantee a job. We would be the most used consultancy in the world if we could! However, our over all conversion rate is 75-80% for the end-to-end mentoring program. We see this program as a two-way street - as candidates have to make use of the consultations and ensure they are applying to the roles on the job list.

What can we discuss in a consultation?

In a consultation, the client is offered a recommendation on what to discuss based on the candidates context and preference. With that being said, the client can send us some topics or questions they have before the consultation and we can personalize it accordingly.

What is covered within the Profile Rebrand Package?

Accepted Answer

We offer a holistic Profile Rebrand Package where we make you two brand new CVs and Cover Letters for two job titles -- both personalised to the type of job and where you are applying to. Also part of this service package is providing you with a Job Strategy Document and revisiting your LinkedIn profile and make it standout to potential employers.

How long will it take to have a brand new CV and Profile?

Profile Rebrand takes 1 week in total, new CV can be generated in 2-3 working days.

Do you send the candidate's CV to prospective employers?

Accepted Answer

No. We are not a recruitment agency. Rather, we solely work with candidates in the form of consulting and mentoring. However, we do have a lot of candidates now placed in companies whom we may be able to put you in contact for referral.

How much hours do I need to allot for services with recurring consultations

We might require at least 10 hours of your time per week for consultations and preparations related to the service you availed.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, our End-to-End Services and Auto Apply can be paid in three (3) installments. The second installment will be due once an interview is received within the first month of availing our services.

What does Auto Apply entail?

We basically apply for you to jobs that match your skills and experience and do everything for you until interview stage.

How long do I have to wait to be notified about my waitlist status?

Candidate assessment usually takes about 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email or a whatsapp message with onboarding instructions if you're considered.

Question 10

What happens if a candidate does not receive a job at the end of 3 months?

Accepted Answer

We do a fair review, and if we found that the candidate did everything in their control and followed the framework and guidance, we offer a free one month extension. Afterwards, set fees are charged per month.
